Return and Exchange Policy
At Chi’Tiva, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please note the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
Pickup Policy
We do not currently ship or offer home delivery. All items must be picked up in person at one of our physical locations in Chicago.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made at Chi’Tiva are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before pickup, as we do not bill your order until you pick it up in-store. Once you have completed your purchase in-store, the sale is final, and no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you discover that your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged at the time of pickup, please notify our staff immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue on-site.
