Return Policy

We currently do not ship or offer home delivery.  All items must be picked up in-person at one of our physical locations in Chicago.

Returns

You may only return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.   

Cancellation

We do not bill your order until you pick-up in-store, so you can cancel your order at any time.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged for any reason; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within three to five days after returning your item to us in person; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. Upon returning your product to our store, we will process your refund immediately.  If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at charles@chitiva.co and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!
